This project was for a platform designed to help college students get quick and reliable academic support. Students could ask questions and receive expert responses within an hour, ensuring they stay on track with their studies. The platform's mission was to provide accessible, timely, and trustworthy assistance for learners facing academic challenges.
The platform required an "Ask a Question" page where users could easily submit their queries. The page needed to include options to upload homework or documents, provide detailed explanations, and clarify their questions. Additionally, it was essential to include a quick overview of the process to help users understand the steps involved in getting expert answers efficiently.
To start the project, I had an in-depth discussion with the client to understand their requirements for the "Ask a Question" page.
