DraftCraft is an AI tool designed to help users quickly draft professional, personalized emails. It analyzes context and user input to generate emails in seconds, whether for clients, internal communication, or outreach. The goal is to save time while ensuring every message feels tailored and on point, making email writing more efficient and stress-free.
The primary goal of this project was to design key features for DraftCraft, with a focus on selling the product and enhancing user interaction. The initial features included:
Landing Page: A page that communicates DraftCraft’s value, highlights its features, and encourages sign-ups.
Onboarding Process: A flow that guides users through setup and collects the information needed to personalize their experience.
Dashboard: A central hub displaying the emails users have connected to their DraftCraft workspace, allowing them to manage and track drafts.
Shared Knowledge: A feature for creating and sharing folders and documents with others for easy collaboration.
Calendar Integration: A way for users to integrate with their calendar app or manually input availability.
Settings Page: A flexible design for the settings page that can be reused across other setting pages in the app.
