Draft.ai is a powerful web application designed to simplify the document creation process. Users can generate a wide variety of documents by providing specific details about their needs. The platform leverages advanced AI technology to deliver tailored, professional-quality documents efficiently and effortlessly.
The primary goal of this project was to design key features for Draft.ai, focusing on enhancing the document creation experience and user interaction with the AI. The initial features included:
Dashboard: A central hub where users can manage and track their document progress with ease.
Document Creation Flow: A simple, step-by-step process to guide users through the input of necessary information for document generation.
AI Chat & Modifications: Users had the option to interact with the AI for two main purposes: asking general questions for information, and requesting modifications or additions to their document. The AI chat was placed on the left side of the screen, providing easy access for conversational inquiries, while the modification tools were positioned at the center bottom, allowing users to seamlessly update and refine their document content.
AI Suggestions: A feature where the AI could propose ideas and improvements for the document, helping users refine their content and make their documents more comprehensive.
These foundational features were designed to provide a smooth, intuitive experience, setting the stage for a larger, more robust web application.
